An 1873 Dec. 19 act authorized the governor to issue bonds for the purpose of funding the state's domestic debt. These bonds were to be issued through the auditor's office with the state treasurer receiving the proceeds from the bond sale for the state treasury. This series records the date of issue, numbers of the bonds, denomination of the bonds, total amount, and to whom issued.
